| 1.) General Rules - Breaking these rules can or will get you banned or warned! |

1.1 A moderators ruling on any issue is the final word on it. If you have a dispute please settle this in the disabled accounts section.1.2 Please respect the staff and their decisions. If you don't agree with the decision contact another staff member.1.3 Any member is only allowed ONE account. Anyone holding multiple accounts risk severe punishment, including ban.1.4 Signing up using a disposable email address will be banned1.5 Accounts with no activity for 60 days will be automatically deleted. Please note that torrent traffic is not considered site activity - you have to sign in! You can park your account to prevent deletion due to inactivity. The time limit for parked accounts is 120 days. Please note automatic deletion is not enabled during July to October due to the NHL offseason. 1.6 Accounts with zero activity, no download and no upload, are automatically deleted 14 days after being created.1.7 Offensive Usernames will be immediately banned1.8 You have 5 lives when receiving your 5th warning your account will be disabled.
1.9 Do not act in a manner that might be considered abusive towards anybody.
(examples spamming, advertisements, disruptive behaviour, or listing of other sites)
1.10 No other language than English in the torrent comments. You will get a 1 week warning.1.11 No other language than English in the forums. Exception: “Foreign Hub" forums. Your post will be deleted and you will get a 1 week warning.1.12 Do not ask for freeleech (except cappers for their own release). You will get a 1 week warning, or worse be disabled.1.13 Do not hit & run, torrents need seeding even though you've completed a download. 1.14 Do not upload TSTN member uploads to other trackers or any other website or p2p software without the cappers permission or you will be banned. Ask the uploader if you have intentions of uploading their files elsewhere. This is all we ask that you respect the members supplying you with videos.If caught uploading elsewhere and most get caught you and all you invited will be banned. 1.15 Do not use a cheating bittorrent client, you will be banned immediately when caught1.16 Ask the staff to remove your warning if and only if you believe the warning is innocent. Violations of this rule will result in an further warning.1.17 Always respect the work of the cappers/uploaders. Learn to say THANKS! If you don`t like the torrent, don`t comment or download it. Moaning about quality, poor upload speed or no-seeders will result in a 1 week warning. 1.18 Don't ask for caps or when a cap will appear, look at the Cap Calendar(s).
Your post will be deleted and you will get a 1 week warning.
1.19 No spoiling of games by posting the score, who scored or anything that happened in the game. Use the spoiler threads in the forum. Violations result in a 1 week warning.1.20 Buying V.I.P or Super V.I.P status DOES NOT exempt you from the rules. |

| 2.) Downloading Rules |

1.1 Access to the newest torrents is conditional on a good ratio! 1.2 Keep your ratio at 0.65 or higher. Stretch for a ratio of 1 or above. 1.3 Staying consequently for more than 4 weeks under 0.65 will result in a disabled account! We allow disabled members to ask and state the reasons why they weren’t able to keep their ratio above 0.65 in the Disable Account Cases in the forum. But only once!1.4 Use your seed bonus being rewarded for each hour of seeding a torrent to keep your ratio in shape. See FAQ what’s the Seed Bonus and how to use it. |

| 3.) Uploading rules |
|
1.1 All releases must be Sports related. 1.2 All the data uploaded on the tracker should be unrared. No exception.1.3 No duplicate material.1.4 No PC or Console games of any kind although they might be Sports related. 1.5 Include the match date in the torrent name. 1.6 No low quality files of any type unless it’s a stream cap or low quality photos. Constantly releasing low quality releases may result in losing capper/uploader rights.1.7 Use a decent description. When you create a torrent make sure that others can decide if they will download your torrent only by looking at the description. At least ONE screenshot (no spoilers please!) must be added.1.8 Do not upload caps from other trackers or any other website or p2p software if you do NOT have the capper's permission or you will be banned.
This does not count on scene releases.
1.9 Stay active! You risk being demoted if you haven`t uploaded something for a long period of time (more than three months). This only applies if you are an Uploader.1.10 Do not upload many torrents in a short interval of time if you do not have a large bandwidth. Make sure your torrents are well-seeded for at least 24 hours or until 3 lechers became seeders.1.11 Do not upload a game, if you did not mark that game in the specific Cap Calendar or before the dedicated cap of this match is being well-seeded (more seeders than leechers). This rule stays active for at least 24h after the final horn/whistle of a game until the specific cap arrives (except language caps). After that period of time it’s “free for all”.
1.12 HDTV-Caps (less than 1080i) from Set-Top Boxes etc. also have priority over Stream/HDStream Caps.
The 24h rule also counts here…
If there’s no HDTV capper for a game being marked, Stream Cappers do not have any restrictions to follow.

| 4.) General Forum Guidelines |

1.1 No aggressive behaviour or flaming in the forums, if you can't behave like an adult, don't bother posting. 1.2 No trashing of other peoples topics (i.e. SPAM).1.3 No language other than English in the forums (except Foreign hub).1.4 No systematic foul language (and none at all on titles).1.5 Bump posting or any kind of topic upping is not permitted, doing such will result in deletion of the thread and a 1 week warn for the user doing it.1.6 Requests are allowed ONLY in the Request section on the tracker
Requests regarding games of the current NHL regular season or Playoffs are not allowed by default and will result in a 1 week warning.
1.7 No images larger than 640x480, and preferably web-optimised.
Use thumbnails for larger images.
1.8 No double posting. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double.1.9 Do not request cracks, serials, keys or passwords or posting of links to warez or crack sites in the forums.1.10 No not use ads or big images in your signature.1.11 Don't post links or images to/from nhl.com or any other sites from the “Big Leagues” in the forum, shoutbox, comments or in PMs as they can see where you're redirected from.1.12 Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section! (eg; Game questions in the Game section, Apps questions in the Apps section. etc.)1.13 Last, please read the FAQ before asking any questions! |

| 5.) Avatar Guidelines |

1.1 The allowed image formats are .gif, .jpg and .png1.2 Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth.) 1.3 Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. 1.4 Moderators have wide discretion on what is acceptable and what isn't. If in doubt PM one of them. |

| 6.) Invitations – Invites are a privilege, not a right. Do not abuse them! |

1.1 Only invite people you know and trust.1.2 You will be held personally responsible for those you invite1.3 If a person you invited is caught cheating by the system, the consequences will be: first offence 1 week warning, second offence disable.1.4 If a person you invited is found to have more than 1 TSTN account, the consequences will be: first offence 4 week warning, second offence disable.1.5 If a person you invited is caught selling any TSTN accounts or selling TSTN invites the consequences will be all account(s) disabled. |

1.1 1 week Autowarn - For users older than 4 weeks with a ratio below 0.65 and more than 20 GB download.1.2 Autodisable - If you get your 5th warning you will get disabled you can get your 5th warning by braking any rules or getting a Autowarn for low ratio see 7.1.1.3 In order to keep your account here we advise you to access this site as often as possible. If you don't access it for 60 days, your account will be automatically deleted. 1.4 Please note that torrent traffic is not considered site activity - you have to sign in! |
